The Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index, from the exchange's daily market report: the current month from its open data, earlier months from the same report on its website. Each month's first close, less that day's change, is checked against the last close of the month before. The index is in Taiwan dollar prices of the listed shares; it is not a return and does not include dividends. The five-year position ranks the latest close against the 60 month-end closes before it.
